Alex PowersAlex Powers has been a painter and self-employed art teacher since 1970. He exhibits in galleries in six states, and among his many national juried exhibition awards is the Gold Medal at the 1997 American Watercolor Society Annual Exhibition. He travels the United States and Canada, teaching 6 or 8 workshops per year. Alex has juried dozens of national exhibitions. About this Workshop:What do you really want to say with your paintings? This workshop will help you identify new ways of personalizing your work. You’ll learn how to choose the appropriate materials and techniques to express your unique style. Bring originals or 8 slides of your previous work for a private critique. A model will be available for two of the classes, or you may bring photos or other source materials. |
