Lana Grow AWSI want to inspire confidence and leave you fired up and excited to paint. My work has been featured in several publications which include: Splash 8, The Society of Layerists in Multi Media, Creative Composition and Design, and most recently American Artists spring 08 issue. My objective is to introduce the student to new and liberating ideas in water media painting. I strive to provide a safe and creative environment to explore without production stress. I hope to tap into the creative spirit of the student and motivate their artistic voice. My goal is to encourage students in their own unique creation. To inspire confidence and leave the student motivated and excited to paint. With time, these techniques will expand and blend with what you already know and this will be stretching your creative boundaries. " |

Objective “My objective is to introduce the student to new and liberating concepts in water media painting. I want to provide a safe creative environment for you to explore with out production stress. To teach a class I would love to take. Help you retain the new information by providing in depth notes for your at home reference. I hope to tap into your creative spirit and motivate your own authentic voice to evolve. Rather than have a “class room” piece of art, I strive to bring out your own unique creation. These techniques will blend with what you already know and can provide a new direction in your work. A focus of mine is to inspire confidence, leave you fired up, excited to paint, along with exploration of some new ways to finish your work. Every student requires a full table for work space. There will be morning and afternoon demos. Class days and size may limit time with each student and private critique. The student is encouraged to come early to nest in and stay late to continue painting. This class is tailored for five full days. |
