REFUND POLICY: This refund policy statement must be signed by each enrollee.

I understand workshop deposits are refundable (less a $50 fee) up to sixty (60) days prior to start date of workshop. After the due date, entire workshop fee refunds (less a $50 fee) are given only if my space is filled.
