In the morning, basic supplies will be discussed covering brands and quality. After demonstrations and practice of key techniques - flat washes, graded washes, wet into wet and dry brush - students will complete a small single color watercolor. In the afternoon, basic color mixing will be discussed and practiced. Next students will complete a simple watercolor painting. Mats are included along with the supplies needed for this class.
