Want to sell your art? Discover the secrets and quickest strategies to selling successfully on the Internet.
Internationally acclaimed artist Terry Hastings shares his secrets of making a living selling art online. He will discuss the importance of personal websites and some easy tricks to get started on social media and how to actually use it to attract customers.
Terry will cover the myriad of options of websites to put your art on, from eBay and Etsy to Fine Art America and Red Bubble and everything in between.
He will personalize the experience from three pieces of information that will guide you to your first three steps of increased art sales: your media, the size of your art and the price point.
Terry will go over shipping and packing options for your art and how to take payments. He will even discuss turning your art into merchandise.
Handouts will be provided of all the websites and apps discussed for you to continue your internet sales journey at home.

Mixed Media/Figure – Live In-Gallery Workshop

The sessions will be held at San Diego Watercolor Society Gallery at 2825 Dewey Rd, Suite 105 in Liberty Station, San Diego, California.
This course explores various combinations of mixed media with an emphasis on water-soluble paints and mediums. You will be encouraged to take risks and work beyond your traditional practice in pursuit of your own personal language. Integrate gesso, acrylics, inks, and mark making tools, along with collage into your next masterpiece. These techniques can be applied to a variety of subject matter, styles, and surfaces to create your own unique artistic statement. Emphasis will be placed on design and personal style.
