A beautiful floral composition. The background with the leaves is beautifully executed with an infinite variety of greens. Shadow passages on the leaves are barely perceptible but deeply felt. The flowers painted in complementary colour, compared to the background, bring them forward and give them a lot of shine.… Read more

A beautiful treatment of cast shadows coming from the trees. I like the limited palette used. The rosy sky is duplicated in the shadow colors with the neutrals with a little bit of the rosy quality, and the shadows stand out against the greens.
